HAITI CHERIE PRIDE LOVE AND COMMITMENT

Hope On A String was founded by Bennett Rathburn and Pierre Imbert as a non-profit whose overarching goal is to engage people and communities at the grassroots level, utilizing music as a catalyst for social change.  This strategy creates a platform for empowering individuals to strengthen their communities and acquire the skills necessary to improve their quality of life and to tackle socioeconomic issues.  Universal affinity for music makes it a particularly effective tool in engaging fragmented and disenfranchised communities for long-term development.  Having initiated and sustained critical grassroots engagement through music, the organization seeks to help Haitians acquire the information, training, and resources they need to create meaningful change in their lives and build brighter futures. For more info visit: http://www.hopeonastring.org
